Shipping policy

Every order is made with care and precision. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and ship your custom pieces.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are custom-made and processed within 2-3 weeks of due date. (International orders are processed earlier.)

  • During peak periods, larger orders or more complex designs, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll let you know if there’s a delay.

Urgent orders? Message us before purchasing to check availability for express service, with this there will be a 'urgency fee' added. 

Delivery & Shipping

We ship nationwide across New Zealand using trusted courier services.

  • Express shipping: 2-3 business days (after dispatch)
    Please allow an extra day or 2 for rural deliveries. 

  • Express shipping: (Australia) 2-6 business days (after dispatch) 
    Please allow time for any extra delays that may occur during customs/transit as this is out of our control. 

  • Tracking: Provided via email once your order is shipped

We currently ship within NZ and Australia. For international shipping requests, please contact us directly.


Pick up policy

Orders must be collected on agreed date. Please bring your confirmation email when collecting. Any unpaid balance is due on arrival. Any orders left uncollected will forfeit any prior payments. (non-refundable)

  • Express shipping (New Zealand Wide) $40.00NZD

  • Express shipping (Australia Wide) $120.00NZD  

Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
All prices include postage/packaging and signature on delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect delivery information.

Delivery Delays

We are not liable for courier delays once your order has been dispatched. If your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact the courier first using your tracking number, then contact us if needed.
